Between Reads

For adults and teens (15 & up with parental permission) who love Young Adult literature (YA lit tends to feature teen protagonists and is typically marketed for young adults). Meets 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. Meets at Grazies Italian Grill, in person in the Pinery Room of the Stevens Point Branch, or via Zoom. (Call for current month's location.) Whether you’re 15 or 115, YA lit has something great to offer! Vote, read, and discuss YA novels of a variety of genres.

New Horizons Book Club (September - May)

All adults welcome!
Meets 2nd Wednesday of each month @ 1:30 PM in the Prairie Room & @ 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Both sessions discuss current book selection – you choose which session works best for you! Read and discuss books ranging from literature to mystery to nonfiction. See our current selections here.

Paging Through the Past

This book club is designed for people interested in exploring history and discussing its different aspects. Meets 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 6:30 PM at the Lincoln Center (1519 Water, Stevens Point). Each month's selections are available at the desk for checkout.

Plover Reflections Book Club

Meets the 4th Wednesday @ 2 p.m. each month. Meets in person at the Plover Library. This book club for adults selects a monthly shared read from a variety of genres, although historical fiction is a club favorite.  Copies of the current book are available upon request at the Plover check out desk.

Almond Journeys Book Club

Take a journey each month reading a great book as a group. Multiple copies of each book will be available at the Check out desk at the Almond Branch approximately four weeks prior to each discussion. This book club for adults selects a monthly shared read from a variety of genres.  Meets the first Wednesday of the month at the Almond Municipal Center, next door to the library.
