Don't have a library card?

A library card is available to anyone who lives within Portage County.

To sign up online:
•Complete the online form.
•We will email you with your new library card number, which will provide you with access to the Wisconsin Digital Library and other online services. If you have a current Portage County Public Library card you do not need to fill out this form and already have access to our online resources.
•Bring in a photo ID and proof of address (if it not listed on your photo ID) to pick up your new card.

We require a parent or guardian's signature for all children under the age of 16.
